Anahtar Teslim İnsan Kaynakları Projesi

Yıl içinde açılması planlanan, 487 yataklı 90.000 metrekare kapalı alan sahip, teknolojik alt yapısı güçlü, JCI standartlarında hizmet vermeyi hedefleyen Türkiye’nin en büyük özel hastanesi ve sağlık yatırımı olacak Medipol Üniversitesi ile entegre olan eğitim hastanesi için anahtar teslim insan kaynakları projesini yürütüyoruz. Proje genel hatlarıyla,

  • Hastane organizasyon yapısının kurulması,
  • Kadro planının çıkartılması,

Eğitim Projesi

Proje, Merck Serona ilaç firmasının sponsorluğunu yaptığı, Türkiye’deki  çok sayıda tüp bebek ve kadın doğum ekiplerine verilmek üzere planlanan bir dizi eğitimi kapsamaktadır.  Projede, hasta memnuniyeti, hasta ilişkileri ve ekip çalışması gibi bir çok eğitim, 2012 yılı boyunca, Medical Park, Medicana,  Jimer  ve benzeri bir çok sağlık kurumunun ekiplerine verilecektir.

Hospital Establishment Activities Human Resources and Organizational Development Prohect

Class A hospital of Emsey Sağlık A.Ş, presently under construction in Kurtköy, with 150 beds and 29,000 m2 area, targets to make significant contributions both to Turkey and to foreign countries as well, by transferring patients within the scope of health tourism activities. Eğitim Projesi

Proje, Dünyagöz’ün tüm hastanelerinde görev alan orta düzey yöneticilerine verilmek üzere planlanan çok sayıda eğitim başlığını içermektedir. 2012 yılı boyunca sürecek projede,  “temel yönetim becerileri”,  “işe alım”, “yönetici hemşireler İçin yönetsel becerileri geliştirme”,  “ekip kurma ve geliştirme” gibi bir çok eğitim  konusu yer almaktadır.

Karabük Private Medikar Hospital

Having opened its first center in Nişantaşı (Fulya) in 1997 and consecutively opened a total of 5 centers including Baku, Cyprus, Koşuyolu (Istanbul) and Arbil, Bahçeci In-vitro Fertilization Center provides significant contribution to the sector in the field of in-vitro fertilization. Our training project for Bahçeci In-vitro Fertilization Center, planning to open centers in Baghdad and Kosovo, include the trainings covered under the 8 titles indicated below. REIDIN.com is the first and only global online real estate information service in the world which is designed for providing data, analysis and research information on real estate sector needed by professionals who are interested in developing countries. REIDIN.com gives services for entities dealing with the real estate sector such as consultancy, investment management and developer firms and public & private financial institutions. The company, established in Dubai in 2006 and having branches in London, Hong Kong and Turkey, is rapidly growing.

Project Scope

Ongoing until end 2011, the project scope will cover installation of human resource systems, staff training and employment services. Activities for installation of human resource systems; includes updating job definitions, employee satisfaction survey, skills management, installation of wage management system and performance management system. Selection and placement services for all positions which our business partner might need during the entire year will be rendered within the scope of employment services.
